Shipping & Returns
We use USPS Priority Mail service, which offers quick and secure shipping and handling of your products. In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days once shipped. We also offer secure tracking of your package through USPS upon request at no additional charge. Pricing applies to orders shipped within the United States only. Luz da Rainha Publications does not ship to all countries, please contact us directly for international shipping requests and rates. All orders must be paid in full, including shipping costs, prior to shipment. Luz da Rainha Publications will not be held responsible for lost shipments or undelivered orders after shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped including confirmation and tracking numbers when requested. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of shipment. Items returned due to damage during shipping will be replaced once we have received the damaged item. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges. Refunds will be granted less 20% of the total order.
Luz da Rainha Publications is a non-profit; we do our best to provide updated, accurate, and high-quality Hinários to be used during works. If there are mistakes or incorrect texts in a book, we ask that you let us know. Updates will be made as soon as possible and a replacement book may be provided upon request.
